Terms of Use – PurifyPro Cleaner App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PurifyPro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. License & App Usage

PurifyPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

3. Permissions & User Content

The App may request access to certain device features for functionality:

• Storage/Files: To detect and remove duplicate or unnecessary files.
• Photos & Media: To scan for duplicates, large files, and optimize storage.
• Contacts & Calendar: To identify and merge duplicates or remove outdated entries.

You remain in control of your data. Content is analyzed locally on your device unless you explicitly grant permission for limited support or backup purposes.

4. Updates & Modifications

We may update PurifyPro to enhance performance, security, or features. Updates may be automatic. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

PurifyPro offers free and premium features. Subscription fees and terms are displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. All billing and cancellations are managed through your Apple account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PurifyPro is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or data accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data or content deleted during cleaning.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Misuse the App or compromise its security.

Upon termination, your right to use PurifyPro ends immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of your jurisdiction.
